Often end users are apprehensive about using a new system.  Insufficient or incorrect training and support dramatically increases the potential for costly errors and downtime.

Allinity provides comprehensive, hands on user training which is individually designed to meet specific requirements.  Our consultants work with clients to tailor specific end-user training programs during implementation, post-implementation, future developments or as a response to new releases of the application or technology.

Allinity trainers use clients' business processes as the foundation for designing training material to ensure that users are fully equipped and competent in key business areas.   We prefer to work informally with small groups to ensure that each individual receives sufficient attention and tuition, and has the opportunity to interact on a one-to-one basis to further enhance learning retention.
