HR Reporting Suite
The HR Reporting Suite is a collection of the reports most frequently developed for PeopleSoft HR by PeopleSoft customers. These reports are designed to assist organisations in preparing for future events as well as tracking and analysing current trends within the organisation. The solution utilises the Allinity SQRXLS technology to provide the output as formatted Excel spreadsheets delivered to the users' desktop through the standard PeopleSoft report distribution of PeopleTools 8 and above.

Core HR
- Recent hires
Quickly capture the details of all your recent hires
- Event summary
Provides a summary list of all the details of any HR events that have affected all your employees in a specified period
- Today's rows
A listing of data entered on the day, allowing monitoring of data entry and volumes
- Future rows in coming month
Details all future dated employee actions within the date range specified
- Turnover analysis
Provides a detailed analysis of employee turnover broken down from business unit to job code
- Headcounts
A snapshot of the organisation at any chosen point in time
- Employee nominal roll
A flexible list of all employees matching specified criteria
- Employee sensitive data roll
Similar to the Employee Nominal Roll report, except that it includes more sensitive data such as employees pay details
- Pay-bill analysis
Monitor and report on key aspects of your organisations pay
- Pay extremes
Highlights all active employees whose current pay is outside of the normal boundaries specified by the business
- Pay exceptions
A detailed list of employees with pay falling outside the specified parameters
- Achieving key service date
Lists all active employees who will reach specified key service anniversary dates with the date range specified
- Probation review due
Lists all active employees with a probation review date due within the dates specified
- Expected return date due
Details all employees currently on leave (paid or unpaid) with an expected return date within the date range specified by the user

Displays the age profile throughout the organisation

Lists all active employees who are reaching key ages specified by the user

Shows the length of service profile throughout the organisation

Identifies active employees who have a blank position number on their job record

Lists any positions that do not have the 'Reports To' field populated

This report details all vacancies related to a business unit, including positions currently held by temporary employees

Highlights all positions that have more than one incumbent
- Position vs job exceptions
This report lists discrepancies between the position and the person
- Signature authority
List of all employees who have been granted the signature authority
Training Administration
- Training waitlist
Details of who is on the waitlist for any Course or Session
- Course attendance
Highlight who has attended training within a given period, broken down from business unit through to Supervisor ID
- Training attendance analysis
A breakdown of training attendance, with associated pivot table display
- Missing training
List employees with missing training requirements
- Course costs
Detail the costs of training by training course or department
