Allinity joins forces with Compel

The Directors of Allinity are pleased to announce that Allinity will be joining forces with Compel, Oracle’s leading UK partner. We believe that the merging of the two companies will allow us to offer our clients a wider range of services around both the PeopleSoft and Oracle product suites as well as ensuring an easy transition to the future Oracle Fusion product.

Compel is a well established, substantial and successful IT solutions business. They have been quoted on the main London market since 1994 and in their last financial year had revenues of £80 million. Compel have around 375 employees and their customers are primarily Blue Chip organisations including Accenture, Arriva, BT, Cable & Wireless, Capita, ITV, O2, River Island and Vodafone. Being part of a larger organisation will enable us to offer clients better support in terms of hardware, infrastructure, training, knowledge as well as vastly increasing our off site support capability.

Allinity will continue to provide a consistent high quality service to its clients and we anticipate no disruption to the business. Both Allinity and Compel have similar approaches to their employees and clients and it is expected that there will be a smooth merging of cultures.
