Meet our highly experienced and dedicated team.  Allinity is a global consultancy specialising in PeopleSoft.  We provide solutions to clients using traditional or innovative business models.  The experience of our 37 strong consulting team covers diverse industry sectors and represents years of business experience in a range of disciplines, from Project Management, Financial Administration, Human Resources to System Development and Support.

Michael Cooper

Michael is the Managing Director of Allinity.  He has been working in the IT industry for nineteen years and has nine years experience as a PeopleSoft project manager and senior functional consultant.  He has a strong project management background and his experience includes business and systems analysis, functional and technical consulting, product evaluation, specification, design, implementation of systems and reporting.  Michael has successfully managed a number of PeopleSoft projects through their entire lifecycle.

Simon Lassam

Simon Lassam is a Director and Senior Consultant of Allinity.  He has over ten years project management, technical and functional consulting experience on PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Financials for clients across Europe.

Simon has a strong background in IT with over twenty years experience as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager.  After successfully managing the Ernst & Young PeopleSoft HCM 8 Upgrade to completion, he has most recently been involved in the initial planning of an upgrade for a major government department.

Matt Lawrence

Having worked for Allinity since it started in the UK in 1999 Matt became a Director in September 2005. Since then he has played an active role in the takeover and subsequent integration with Compel as well as being involved in sales, account management and is still consulting for key clients.

Previous to joining the Allinity Board Matt was a Project Manager for one of Allinity's main clients and has worked in various consulting roles, mainly in the technical field.

Adam Clark

Adam has almost 3 years of technical experience with the PeopleSoft product range.  He has recently finished our Training program to become a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant.  Adam's non-PeopleSoft technical skills include a significant use and knowledge of Linux, Unix and Windows 95/98/2000/XP systems.

Alan Gould

Alan Gould has over five years experience with PeopleSoft HCM, Financials and Supply Chain.  His financial industry background in life assurance and pensions combined with his qualifications in business information technology systems and economic policy, make him a valuable contribution to any PeopleSoft team.  Alan has been involved in all aspects of the ERP implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering, through design and development to going live and post implementation support.  His leadership experience includes technical lead of a government agency upgrade from 7.5 to 8.8 (PeopleTools 8.42) in addition to management of the development team and lifecycle for all supported PeopleSoft applications at a large Utilities company.

Andrew Nicholson

Andrew has been involved in the IT industry since 1988 and started working with the PeopleSoft product as a Technical Consultant in 1997.  First introduced to PeopleSoft with version 5.8 HR/Payroll, he has gained many years experience as a PeopleSoft HCM and Global Payroll technical consultant.  Andrew has worked with many projects and clients in building his extensive PeopleSoft technical skills whether called in for partial project terms or for full project lifecycles.  Key areas of expertise are SQR and Interface design and development.  Other key areas include Data Conversion/Migration design and development as well as technical product support including patching and upgrades. Andrew has keen analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to use all tools available in order to deliver.

Andrew has recently moved from Congruent in Australia to work for Allinity in the UK primarily as a Stat (Quest product) consultant, but will continue to perform some PeopleSoft tasks on an adhoc basis.

Anthony Davis

Anthony  joined us as a Computer Science graduate from Aston University. He has recently finished our Training program to become a Junior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant. Anthony has done a one year work placement with IBM which involved using Excel VBA to write applications to improve existing processes.  During his time at university he particularly enjoyed researching in to methods of artificial intelligence for Image processing using the Java Advanced Imaging Library.

Ben Jones

Ben has worked as a business analyst since 1996, focused on the HCM module of PeopleSoft. His strong HR (CIPD qualified) background includes both front line and Head Office HR roles. He has extensive experience of PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades and system expansion/enhancement. Ben regularly works with client HR professionals to improve their business processes enabling them to get the most from their PeopleSoft HR system. His experience covers many industries including FMCG, Banking, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Government, Retail and Pharmaceutical.

Cameron Chisholm

Cameron joined Allinity as a junior PeopleSoft Consultant after graduating from the University of Stirling, where as part of his final year dissertation project he developed a PDA application for use on-board commercial aircraft.  Cameron's non-PeopleSoft technical skills include SQL, Java and J2ME, with his recent PeopleSoft exposure focussing primarily on HCM and Finance.

Camilla Axblom

Camilla has six years experience as a PeopleSoft Payroll and HCM team lead, senior technical and functional consultant.  Her technical experience includes the development of HCM V5.8 and 7 Asia / Pacific including Payroll, Benefits and Payroll / GL interface for PeopleSoft Australia.  Camilla was the Functional Lead for a global rollout of PeopleSoft GTE for Volvo Cars where her experience was utilised to facilitate cultural and business change in a multi-country environment.

Caroline Cavell

Caroline has over Eight years experience as a PeopleSoft HCM functional consultant. During this time Caroline was employed directly by PeopleSoft before joining Allinity. Her strong HCM background includes over ten years experience in Personnel Management and eight years experience in HCM system implementations. Caroline's Team Management, product knowledge, and ability to examine business systems makes her an invaluable member of the Allinity team.

Caroline Grundy

Caroline is a PeopleSoft HCM and Financials technical developer, with over three years experience in the product.  She was a key technical consultant on the Ernst & Young PeopleSoft HCM 8 Upgrade and is currently working at Business Link for London, where she is responsible for the second phase implementation and production support of their Financials and CRM system.

Christine Uddin

Christine has been with Allinity since February 2001 and her professional background is in the education services and international travel industry.  She is originally from France but has lived in the UK for a number of years.  Christine's responsibilities are varied and include full operational and day to day management of our French practice as well as resourcing and operational support for Allinity in the UK.

Christopher Collins

Chris has nine years experience in customising CRM applications for a wide variety of industries, five years of which have been with PeopleSoft CRM, where he as been lead technical consultant though entire projects life cycle.  He has a strong technical background and has a proven track record in “fire fighting” assignments over the years.   He has worked on all aspects of the PeopleSoft toolset for most of the PeopleSoft applications.

Clayton Janes

Clayton has been working in the IT industry since 1997 and with PeopleSoft for the past 6 years. He began his PeopleSoft career with Accenture (formally Anderson Consulting), before moving to PeopleSoft, and then Oracle with the take over. Clayton has a strong technical background, but has also worked as a functional resource on a number of projects. His experience ranges from Upgrade and Install to Maintenance to training and support, and he has recently been working on a major Government replatforming Project.

David Gaff

Dave has over four years experience as a PeopleSoft HCM architecture and technical applications consultant.  His expertise is primarily as a lead architect and hardware specialist, having been responsible for infrastructure support and the maintenance of environments in a fully patched and bundled state for a number of high profile clients.  He is also experienced in server security, testing, scoping and creating technical specifications from functional requirements.

Dhakino Nzwange

Dhakino has seven years experience as a PeopleSoft HCM and Financials certified technical consultant. His technical expertise is backed by ten years systems integration experience for a large multinational consultancy. His wide range of PeopleSoft technical skills includes customisations, environment support, extensive end user reporting using SQR and Crystal, data conversion, security and batch processing using Application Engine and Cobol. Additionally Dhakino has considerable experience in the development of Payroll interfaces between PeopleSoft HRMS, SAP and Treasury. Having consulted on the PeopleSoft application since V4, Dhakino also has a strong understanding of the underlying functionality of the HRMS module and has been responsible for the delivery of functional end user training.

Duncan Davies

Duncan has five and a half years experience as a PeopleSoft HCM and Global Payroll technical consultant. His technical experience includes Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR report writing, PeopleSoft customisations, PeopleCode, Oracle and SQL Server. Duncan also has significant architecture skills gained from his previous work in client/server and networking consulting. Duncan has considerable client experience having worked as developer, upgrader, report writer, infrastructure specialist, support analyst, interface writer and bundle applier. Duncan has particular interest in areas where PeopleSoft integrates with other technologies, eg. Excel, vbScript, JavaScript.

Jason Brew

Jason has over four and a half years PeopleSoft HCM technical consulting experience and has been involved over the full lifecycle of several major implementations and upgrades. He has extensive experience with the latest versions of PeopleTools and the HR application, particularly the Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Training, Recruitment, Time & Labour and the Employee and Manager Self Service modules of each.

John Eckersley

Manish Bhaisare

Manish has over seven years experience as a PeopleSoft Time & Labor, HCM and Payroll Senior Consultant. He has skills in the provision of business analysis, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and project scoping for various HCM modules. He has worked on a number of assignments wherein rapid and knowledgeable analysis was critical to determining project requirements.

Recently, Manish has finished designing a solution for replacing a customised solution module with PeopleSoft Time & Labor at a large government client. He has worked on issues involving complex integrations, data conversion, product and reporting modifications and his expertise has been instrumental in defining key configurations on the functional aspects in Time & Labor, Talent Management, Salary Planning and Employee Reviews.

Margo Atkins

Margo has worked in an HR environment for seven years during which time she has been involved in specialist areas including Training Management. Four of these years have been working with the PeopleSoft Product from version 7.5 to version 8.9.  Most of this experience has been gained working with Government Departments where Margo has excelled in engineering business solutions assisting clients to translate policy into workable processes and practices whilst implementing PeopleSoft Solutions as a Business Change Manager.  Margo has certificates from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development including HR and Training Practices.

Oliver Greaves

Oliver joined us as a Computer Science graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University and has recently finished our training program to become a Junior PeopleSoft Consultant. During his time at university he completed a one year placement as a database administrator at Corus Colors. He also spent a significant amount of time as part of his dissertation researching into Human Computer Interaction and the associated issues with Mobile Bluetooth Applications. Oliver’s main area of knowledge covers PL/SQL, database administration and he has had some experience of Oracle Applications.

Paul Briggs

Paul has nearly 7 years experience as a PeopleSoft HCM, Global Payroll and Financials technical consultant. He has delivered the Global Payroll Core Engine and UK Rules courses to clients on behalf of PeopleSoft Education. Paul was heavily involved in Phase Two development of Global Payroll for Unilever as the lead technical consultant implementing additional Payrolls, company pensions and T&A to Global Payroll interface. He also led the development of a fully functional, fully automated interface between the Global Database and the UK HR and Payroll instance.

Recently Paul developed a 14 country payroll interface from PeopleSoft HR to multiple payrolls which incorporated the use of user-orientated configuration pages and xml output; this allowed the users to configure new output columns without changes to the underlying code. He is currently implementing a Custom Training module and developing an Absence module including Employee and Manager Self-Service functionality for the MoD where he is enjoying his role as technical lead on these modules.

Raj Karavdra

Raj has over 11 years of experience implementing PeopleSoft HCM. Before joining Allinity over a year ago, Raj spent eight years working within the PeopleSoft Consulting HCM practice where as a Principle Consultant he undertook both Senior Functional and Technical lead roles in some of PeopleSoft’s key HCM implementations within the UK. Raj is a very experienced team player at all levels who has worked for clients within the banking, communications, retail, services and public sector industries. His areas of product expertise and experience include PeopleSoft Human Capital Management, Collaborative Applications and Global Payroll.

Ricky McCollin

Ricky has over five years experience as a PeopleSoft HCM, Global Payroll and Financials technical developer.  He has worked on global implementations where he gained valuable multi-currency and multi-lingual development experience.  Ricky was the only external consultant to be involved with the development of the PeopleSoft Global Payroll UK country extension, where he was primarily responsible for the delivery of SQRs for statutory reporting.

Simon Huggins

Simon has over twelve years technical experience working in large-scale corporate environments, seven years with PeopleSoft HRMS and Financials with a broad mix of skills as architect, project managing complex and multinational projects, through to general analysis and development. He is PRINCE2 and ITIL certified, with supplementary technical skills including infrastructure, J2EE and Oracle.

Tim Youldon

Tim Youldon joined Allinity in January 2007, he has seven years experience of both the PeopleSoft HCM and Financials products. He as worked as a technical developer on multiple implementations and upgrades for large companies in both the banking and utilities sector, and also has experience working within dynamic support teams for multiple organisations. His particular area of experience is the delivery of workflow solutions across various financials modules however he is adept at using the suite of PeopleSoft development tools.

Andrew Payne

Andrew leads the Business Development activities for Allinity.  He has over 10 years worth of consultancy sales experience working with many UK and global organisations to implement and support ERP solutions and custom developments.

Prior to moving into sales, Andrew rose through the ranks of applications development and support in end user organisations.  During this time Andrew learnt about the benefits of involvement from specialist consultancies during the implementation of complex application packages.  As well as project management Andrew has also held corporate IT management and consultancy practice management roles.

Frans Wilbrink

Louise Adams

Louise has been with Allinity since December 2001 and previously worked for a large multi-national IT Consultancy for three years.  Louise is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including operational support for consultants and directors, travel and accommodation, events including the annual PeopleSoft Connect Conference and practice meetings.
