Overview

Allinity is managed by four of Europe's most experienced PeopleSoft consultants. Michael Cooper is now Managing Director of Allinity having previously been a Director both here within Allinity and Congruent in Australia, another specialist PeopleSoft consultancy. Anton de Weger is the founder of Allinity, was previously Managing Director and is staying on as Director. Simon Lassam is a Director of Allinity and is our Principal Technical Consultant. Matt Lawrence is now a Director of Allinity having worked for the company as a Technical Consultant since it started.

Allinity recently became part of the CompelSolve Group PLC after successfully growing into the one of the largest specialist PeopleSoft consultancies in Europe. The Compel acquisition of Allinity has added our PeopleSoft skills and knowledge into an already extremely strong Oracle consulting organisation ready to take on the challenge of Fusion.

With a dedicated team of 30 experienced consultants, Allinity is one of the largest specialist PeopleSoft consultancies in Europe. The diverse and extensive experience of all our consultants means we have expertise in the complete PeopleSoft project life cycle. We are committed to building the best consulting team in Europe and this commitment is shown by the loyalty of our team with 75% of our staff having been with us for over two years.

Company structure

Allinity was established to fulfil the vision of a consulting firm run by consultants, for consultants.  Our corporate structure is flat with few layers which means our consultants remain the focus for the business.

Allinity has a small management and administrative team and we consider our organisational culture to be a source of competitive advantage.  This flat structure means that responsibility is visibly allocated across the business and gives equal opportunity for involvement in all aspects of our activities.

Our employment and organisational systems form an integral part of our structure.  We operate an open book policy which provides regular access and information about all aspects of the business including work pipeline and financial reporting.  We work hard to ensure that all the consultants are kept regularly informed of company news regardless of their location.

Staff and skills

Our consulting team has outstanding industry knowledge, with an average of over five years PeopleSoft experience.  Rather than a formal knowledge management system, we encourage a culture of peer recognition where known experts become an additional support system for their colleagues.  This is a major source of pride and motivation amongst our team, who work hard to maintain and enhance their levels of expertise with new tools and technologies.
